We believe variety is the spice of life, which is why we change our menu every week, rotating it on a 6 week basis.
All of our meals are made from scratch using only whole, fresh and local ingredients. We cook predominantly vegetarian and use animal protein responsibly. Most of our entrees are dairy free and we don’t cook with any gluten containing grains. You wont find any added or artificial color, flavor, sweeteners or GMO nonsense in our food. Our meals are organized by color based on the star veggie of the dish ensuring your body gets a variety of dense phytochemical power and you never get bored! These are nutritious enough make a perfect meal. Just add ice, water, blend and go! We feature a variety of flavors each week which are all loaded with potent super-foods and are made with a plant based protein that is also gluten, dairy and soy free.

All our snacks are made from scratch and are vegetarian, gluten-friendly and mostly dairy free. They are hearty, essentially “mini-meals” with 250-300 calories each. We prepare any variation of these varieties of each week, and you’ll get a total of 5, one for each day!

We cook one flavor per week and you’ll receive 5 two cup portions. All of our soups are made from only fresh veggies, are lightly seasoned and are all vegan, gluten-friendly and dairy free. Studies show that people who have soup before a meal eat 20% fewer total calories.
