Being a plant forward meal prep kitchen means veggies are always the stars of our dishes.
All of our meals are made from scratch using only whole, fresh and local ingredients. Our entrees are predominantly plant based, but we use only responsible portions of high quality animal protein (plant forward). Almost all of our entrees default to as vegetarian. Our clients usually have the option to add traditional protein or hold the dairy to make them plant based. We cook naturally gluten free and you won’t find any added or artificial color, flavor, sweeteners or GMO nonsense in our food. We change our menu every week, rotating it on a 2-3 month basis to ensure your body gets a wide variety of dense phytochemical power and you never get bored!
