Soups and Salads
All of our seasonal soups and salads are made from only fresh veggies, are lightly seasoned and are all vegan, gluten-friendly and dairy free. You can buy them as packs of five each, or as a single soup and salad combo. Fun Fact: Studies show that people who have soup before a meal eat 20% fewer total calories.
Perfect for breakfast on-the go, a hearty snack or mini-meal! Just add ice, water, blend and go! We feature a variety of flavors each week which are all loaded with potent super-foods and are made with a plant based protein that is also gluten, dairy and soy free.
Snacks and Sweets
All our snacks are made from scratch and are vegetarian, gluten-friendly and mostly dairy free. They are hearty, essentially “mini-meals” with 250-300 calories each. We prepare any variation of these varieties of each week or purchase directly from other local, small business with similar food philosophy.
